Shipping
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no code. Most orders arrive within about 2–4 weeks. Our items ship from overseas partners, and every order includes tracking so you can follow it the whole way. We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with more regions on the way.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. If tracking hasn't updated in a while, don't worry — international parcels sometimes pause between scans. If it's been longer than 4 weeks, reach out and we'll take care of you.
Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your little things. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or doesn't arrive at all, we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement — no need to mail anything back. Just contact us within 30 days of your order with your order number and a photo if it's a damage issue, and we'll sort it out.
Because our items travel from overseas, we don't offer return-to-sender exchanges for change-of-mind orders, but we're always happy to help — reach out and we'll do our best.
